Valley Christian Centre, Gippsland

We are a church made up of Christians from many walks of life and nationalities, who flow together in Christian love. This love we extend to you, no matter what your belief or background may be. Our church is in the community to be of service to people of all ages, from little children to senior citizens.

Everyone in the Gippsland community is invited and encouraged to attend the regular prayer meetings and church services available, as well as all of the other activities that Valley Christian Centre provides. Our prayers are for the people of the Valley to come and experience the presence of Jesus Christ - He is the One we most want people to meet - for He can bring love to your home and hope for the future.

Our church has been formed as a fellowship of believers under the Lordship of Jesus Christ. Our supreme task is to know Christ and to be like Him by the power of the Holy Spirit. We believe in the miracle-working power of Jesus, resulting in the healing of the sick according to the Scriptures, and we believe that the only basis for true Christian fellowship is His love, which is greater than any differences we have and without which we cannot call ourselves Christians.

The church is all about people and God, not about buildings and programs. We believe the way ahead is to grow in our ability to lead and minister for the Lord, to build strong networks of relationship within the church family and to reach out to the needy and hurting in a demonstration of our love for them, through Christ. We cannot tell people about Christ's love until we have first showed them Christ's love.
