We warmly invite you to be a part of the Ladies' activities of Valley Christian Centre.
We currently have a Ladies' Group three Tuesdays each month, which provides friendly and supportive ministry to women. The meeting begins at 10:00am on the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month. The ladies meet at the church for a combined get-together with emphasis on worship, sharing and study.

On the third Tuesday, the ladies meet in different homes for a more informal time of friendship and discussion. A creche is provided at the combined meeting to give mums the opportunity to participate.
There are also opportunities for working women to attend at night time fellowship tea which is held bi-monthly in various homes throughout the Valley. We address issues which are both practical and relevant to women of the 90's. The ladies of our church who are able to meet together for the Tuesday morning meeting continually rave about how good it is. So many happy ladies just cant be wrong!
The times of prayer, worship and teaching have been second to none. There has been a really special sense of God's presence with us at these times; there have been many answered prayers and not a few words of encouragement from God to individuals.
On top of this, we have had a lot of laughs and good times over coffee and cake. How much better can it get?
Well, we believed that the only thing we could do better was to try to include more ladies in the meetings. To this end we have begun to broaden our meeting formats, locations and times. We still meet at the church every fortnight, but we also divide for more special outreach mornings in different ladies' homes and also meet at night once a month for those ladies who cant make it during the day.
We have participated in several state and district events, one recently at Newborough with Bobbie Houston, which was great, and one earlier in the year here with Jaqui Hall.
We are believing that the ladies will play a major role in the outreach events planned for the year, and call on all ladies to join with us as we continue to serve the Lord together.
